Welcome to our Sanctuary, located in the heart of the Grandview
Heights Historical Neighborhood of downtown West Palm
Beach.
Nestled directly across from Howard Park & the Armory Art
Center and a block away from the Bikram Yoga Center.
Grandview Heights is only a 15 minute bike ride or 5 minute car ride
to the beautiful Palm Beaches. It is a 10 minute drive
from the Palm Beach International Airport and conveniently
located within walking distance to most of West Palm Beach's principle
attractions.
The rejuvenated West Palm Beach historic City Center with movie
theaters, restaurants, sidewalk cafes, night clubs featuring live music and
numerous department stores, boutiques and supermarkets are
all just 5 minutes walking distance. You will also find the best antique
and art shopping and events any where.
The Palm Beach County Convention Center, City Place,
Clematis, Kravis Center for the Performing Arts featuring
music, dance and theater. Norton Museum of art and Whitehall
Flagler Museum, as well as Palm Beach Atlantic
University and West Palm Beach Zoo are a few of the
main attractions in the immediate vicinity. Sanctuary
guests will be able to jump on the Downtown West Palm
Beach / CityPlace Trolley as it passes directly in front of the Sanctuary
Vacation Rental. The Trolley takes you to West Palm's most lively
and popular areas, for the best shopping and intertainment without
even renting a car. This is the West Palm Beaches personal chauffer

Head east on Belvedere Road and turn left on Lake Ave. Head north about
1 mile to New Jersey st. take a right, the house is 737 New Jersey
st. West Palm Beach,Florida 33401 the second house in on the left side
(near Howard Park).
From the South (Ft. Lauderdale or Miami Airports) or North on I-95:
Exit at Okeechobee Blvd and head east to downtown West Palm Beach.
After about 2 miles you will cross over train tracks. Immediately after
the train tracks turn right on to Parker Ave. Drive south about 600
yards and turn left on Park Place. At the first intersection, turn
left on Lake Ave and got to New Jersey st. The house is 737 New Jersey
st. West Palm Beach,Florida 33401 on the left side (near Howard Park).
